Log into your Verdolini Voice account using the email address you used at checkout. After login, your purchased course or manual should appear in your account/library. If you cannot find it, contact support using the same email address used for purchase.

Currently, course participation is required for the purchase of the manuals in the interest of quality control. 

If you have completed a course and would like to purchase patient manuals, please visit the MANUALS page to view the available options.

Courses that are listed as ASHA CEU-approved will include ASHA CEU information on the course page. Please review the specific course page for the number of CEUs, completion requirements, and reporting details.

Participants receive a certificate of provisional completion after completing the online portion of the course and knowledge checks. The certificate of final completion will be issued after attending the group coaching sessions. 

Certificates of completion are valid for two years from the date of issue. Renewal requirements are described on the CERTIFICATE page.

To renew a certificate of completion, participants attend at least one quarterly online meeting during the two-year renewal period. These meetings include research updates, Q&A, and discussion of clinical applications.

Yes, Verdolini Voice provides online training and digital resources that may be accessed internationally, unless access is restricted by payment, technology, or regional limitations. Please check course and manual language options before purchase.

 Quarterly group coaching is avaliable with course registeration.

Individual coaching and consultation are separate services. You can submit a consultation request through the COACHING page.

No. Course access and digital manuals are intended for the registered purchaser only, unless a specific institutional or group license has been arranged.

You can register from each course page by selecting the course package you want and completing checkout. After registration, you will receive access through your Verdolini Voice account using the email address you used at checkout.

Please contact us for group, clinic, or institutional access. We can discuss available options based on the number of learners and the type of training or manuals needed.

Refund and cancellation terms vary by product type.

• Digital manuals and downloadable materials are generally not refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
• For courses, refund eligibility is determined on a case by case basis depending on whether the course has been accessed, how much progress has been completed, and when the request is submitted. If the course has not been accessed and no materials have been downloaded, participants may request a refund within 15 days of purchase. Approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
• Coaching and consultation sessions may be refunded when cancelled at least three days before the scheduled appointment.

Translations may be carried out in consultation with Dr. Verdolini Abbott and apporipraite royalty agreements. 

LMRVT manuals are currently available in English, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Translations are in progress in French, German, and Persian. 

CSCFT manuals are currently available in English only. 

AiV manuals are currently available in English, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Translations are in progress in French, German, and Persian. 

The Lessac workbook is currently available in English only.
